The setting was MAGNIFICENT, short walk to shops, restaurants and ropeway station, affordable restaurant and the Zinal Centre bus stop. It also was in the centre of the village. Stayed in stylish double room with a window towards the front.

Room sizes can be a bit cramped, and there's a limited dinner menu offered in the restaurant. The pillows may not suit everyone's comfort preferences, and the shower could be downright slippery if not careful.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't
The restaurant offers fantastic dishes, especially the veal tongue special! A central location. My room had a lovely balcony view and was quiet.
Parking can be a hassle! We struggled to find suitable spots on both nights. Though the breakfast was nice, I wanted more gluten-free options for my dietary needs.

The family room was a surprising layout, comprising three interconnected rooms was good, although using one bathroom was a bit challenging during peak hours. The hospitality was really good. Breakfast featured good local products. Some amenities felt insufficient for our needs, and the shared bathroom setup could be improved for larger groups. Despite these issues, I would consider staying again for the warmth and location.
